Designing for human perception: senses and emotions in UX
Senses and emotions anticipate and frame all our experiences. Learning to recognise and respect those perceptions is the foundation for better human-centered design.
This is an interactive workshop using activities to understand issues of senses, perception and emotions. The core themes are:
- Understanding Senses: learning a framework for human-centered design for the many human ways of sensing
- Designing for Perception: how to practically design and test for differing individual perceptions and perspectives
- Valuing Emotions: how to design notifications and user experiences that respect and work with human emotions
Alastair will deliver this workshop on day three, June 30th
Day three focused on growing. Scale product design with design systems.
